The Administrative Assistant will serve as the initial point of contact for incoming guests, employees, vendors and service providers. The right candidate will be smart, passionate, creative and excited to wear many hats in their role.


Receive office guests
Coordinates all-department, or all-company special activities
Help to enhance company culture: seek out ways to keep the company awesome
Maintains inventories of office supplies and budget
Research for new initiatives and projects
Assist with shipping and printing needs
Maintain communal areas including kitchen and break areas
Manage office snack and beverage inventory and budget
Coordinates day-to-day operations
Organize and maintain files and records
Coordinate conference room scheduling
Making travel and guest arrangements
Make last minute arrangements for meetings


Ability to project a welcoming presence to all office employees and guests
Understand, summarize and communicate complex issues
Ability to work in a team setting and conduct and present oneself in a highly professional manner with both internal and external clients and personnel
Make operational decisions and communicate them in a warm but firm way
Complete projects with minimal direction
Anticipate operational needs

2-5 plus years of equivalent level administrative support experience, preferably in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required
Excellent grammatical, editing and proofreading skills required
