DISQUALIFYING OFFENSES
- Any drug offense in Chapters 2925, 3719 or 4729 that is a 1st degree misdemeanor or felony
- Any theft offense under 2913-01(K)
- Any violation for which a penalty is imposed under R.C. 3715.99
- Any crime of moral turpitude
- 1st degree misdemeanors do not automatically disqualify if the conviction was more than 5 years prior to the application
- No misdemeanors relating to marijuana possession, trafficking, cultivation, paraphernalia, “or other marijuana related crimes” shall be considered a disqualifying offense.
