Example Job Description – Cultivation Technicians
We are seeking highly motivated energetic full time Cultivation Technicians who share our passion for quality medicine for patient who need them. Our Cultivation Center operates seven days per week.
We are hiring full time technicians who have experience working in a greenhouse or similar horticultural environment.
Technicians are responsible for:
Cloning, planting/transplanting, watering, and fertilizing plants;
Trimming and harvesting; and
Cleaning work area and maintaining tools in accordance with sanitation standards.
Candidate must be at least 21 years of age, available to work weekends, have greenhouse or horticulture experience, an aptitude to contribute to high functioning teams, and be dependable, motivated and driven.
This is a physical job, which requires continuous walking, stooping, bending and lifting a minimum of 25 lbs. unassisted.
