Responsibilities:
- Screen candidates for technical aptitude and cultural fit
- Foster long-term relationships with high caliber talent
- Conduct, organize and drive interviews
- Partner with hiring teams and managers to increase recruiting efficiency with the goal of finding the “perfect” candidate
- Maintain a large candidate pipeline and database
- Properly use an ATS in order to ensure the most accurate Talent Acquisition data possible
- Work in tandem with a range of departments covering a vast array of disciplines: Technology, Marketing, Sales, Design, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2 – 5 years of experience in both an in-house and agency setting; in-house candidates from technology-focused organizations are highly preferred
- Technical acumen to “talk-the-talk” with high-caliber candidates
- Excellent recruiting ability that doesn’t rely on LinkedIn as their only source of candidates
- Boolean search extraordinaire
- Superb written and verbal communication
- Go-getter mentality with a sense of urgency while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor
- A good sense of discretion and ability to keep private information confidential
- A self-starter that’s always on the prowl to learn something new
- Data-driven approach is a plus
- Experience with software (our ATS) is a plus
